5th Class worked on these half portraits this term. They looked closely at themselves in a mirror before deciding where to place their features. They did their best to capture a likeness by matching the direction of hair growth with their pencil strokes and carefully choosing colours. As it is only a half portrait there was less pressure on them to create a symmetrical image. They used the remaining space on the page to write their names in large lettering. I think they did a wonderful job!
