We were delighted to welcome Tiarnán O Donnell to our school today. Tiarnán, now living in Boher represented Ireland in the recent Paralympics in Paris. He, alongside his teammate, Katie O Brien took part in the PR2 Mixed Double Skulls. Tiarnán spoke to all the children and staff in our school hall, sharing his amazing experience in Paris, showing some slides about what his daily routine looks like and even encouraging everyone to take part in stretching excercises and a quiz at the end of his presentation. He truly is an inspiration to us all and we wish him all the best for the Olympiv games in Los Angeles.
