Last Friday, we had a very enjoyable art lesson called 'Painting a Daisy'.
First, we each went outside and picked a daisy from outside our classroom.
We studied it in great care, noticing its stem, its petals and its textured centre. We used our sense of sight, smell and touch to get a real sense of the daisy.
Then in our groups, we each painted an enlarged version of our daisy onto black card. These were the results..!😍
We're so pleased with how they turned out.
