1st and 2nd class had an amazing time celebrating maths week this year! We used our 'maths eyes' to find opportunities for maths learning and activities all around us. From playing board games and going on maths trails to running in pattern relays and designing our own data charts the class really embraced every aspect of maths.
The class even had the opportunity to work closely with 6th class, who worked really hard in creating maths challenges and activities for us to enjoy. It really was a fantastic week. I still have members of the class asking when can we do it all again! Well done everyone!
