Hi everyone,
It's been a busy few weeks and we've gotten up to so much as a class this month. Here's a glimpse of some of the events and activities from June!
First off, our school tour in Mary Immaculate College was so much fun, from obstacle courses to bouncing castles it's safe to say we had a very active day!
Our School Sports was jam packed with fun, from trying to hang as many bibs as we could on our friends, spud and spoon races to sack races. I was really proud of the class for giving every activity their best effort and cheering each other on.
Of course, the ice cream was a delicious end to the day!
We held a board game afternoon on our second last day of school! It was an excellent opportunity to practice our teamwork and communication skills as we taught eachother how to play our favourite games.
I was very impressed with everyone's patience when learning new rules and the respect shown throughout!
It's been an amazing year with 1st and 2nd. Every one of you have been a pleasure to teach. I hope you all have a wonderful Summer and I look forward to seeing you all in September!
