We love learning new spellings, using the 'Look, Say, Trace, Shape, Cover, Write, Check' steps.
Yesterday, we began to write some short, simple (and even silly!) sentences on our mini whiteboards, using the spellings we've learnt so far!😀
This activity is called 'dictation' and is a great, fun way to use our spellings!
Examples are 'Dad is sad', 'Gran is bad' and 'The bat has a cap'! 🦇🧢
