Q1. You are matching the decimals on the top to the decimals on the bottom to make 1.0
Q2. and Q3. You are adding your decimals.

Hints:
Q1. Rename your minutes after you add them.
Q7. 9/10 of 60 minutes.
Q12. Write 36/10 as a decimal fraction.
Q.14. The 'sum of' means addition.
