We are looking at the topic of fire safety in the home this week. I have uploaded an activity on Seesaw that I would like you to do. Have a discussion with the person that is helping you do your work today about how we can be safe around fire, particularly in your own home.
Do you have a working smoke alarm and do you test it regularly?
Do you have a planned fire escape route?
Do you have a fire guard in front of an open fireplace?
Do you have a fire blanket in the kitchen?
Are matches/ lighters stored somewhere safe?
