Thank you so much for all the work you have sent so far on Seesaw, it's great to see you are all working so hard at home! Well done!
Here is the work for today:
1. Maths:
- Master Your Maths Week 15 p35 Wednesday
- Tables +11(next 3 sums)
- Number Facts p60 2, Adding and subtracting with 0. These follow the same format as yesterday, remember to count up by 1 each time to get the number in the top circle, (a) is 1, (b) is 2, (c) is 3 etc. If anyone is stuck let me know and I can send a video through Seesaw going through this. If you want an extra challenge you can do (f)-(j) in your maths copy, writing out 4 sums to go with each.
2. English:
- Reading: Dance Shoes for GG p7-see pic below.
- Grammar: Let's Talk Literacy p48 Question marks, we have done some work on question marks already, before beginning this page watch the video below to remind you when to use questions marks. Also get a page and practise forming a question mark a few times until you get the hang of it!

3. Gaeilge:
- Reading/Speaking(Ag léamh/Ag caint): Watch the video below, this is a poem(rann) called An Bháisteach(The rain). Listen a few times and see if you can practise saying the poem too. See words and translation below.
- *Writing (ag scríobh): Bua na Cainte p38. Remember all our weather words in Irish, see if you can fill in the words missing from these sentences.* I would love to see a picture of this work on Seesaw today.
4. Religion: Grow in Love: Today we are looking at the story of 'The Boy Jesus in the Temple'. This story is taken from the Bible. Stories about Jesus are found in the four Gospels which were written by Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. This story comes from the Gospel according to Luke, watch below and see if you can answer these questions after. How did Jesus know so much about God? How do you think Jesus showed respect for Mary and Joseph? Why did Jesus call the temple his Father's house?
