Chapter 17: Symmetry – Q1 and Q2, p91
Remember: If a shape is symmetrical when you fold it both halves must fit exactly on top of each other and the colours and patterns must be identical as well.
Chapter 19: 3-D shapes – Q1, p96
Remember:
Face = These are the 2-D shapes that make up 3-D shapes; eg. A cube has 6 square faces.
Edge = This is where two sides meet – You can run your finger along an edge.
Vertex = This is a point or corner.
